For E-Commerce businesses, there is a one-time $1,500 setup fee per advertising platform, and our pricing is commission based profit sharing: We would receive a commission based on the total revenue generated from the digital ads we are running for your E-Commerce store. The commission rate is generally 10% on all sales generated from your digital ads, or $400 per month, whichever is greater. For example, a client's store generates $200,000 in gross sales over the course of a year, with $50,000 of those sales coming from the client's digital ads. Our commission would be 10% of the $50,000 in sales generated from your ads, which would be $5,000 for the year. For Service based businesses, we are compensated based on the percentage of ad spend: We charge our clients a percentage of their ad spend budget, or $400 per month, whichever is greater. For example, we charge 10% of a client's ad spend, so if they spend $10,000 on ads, our fee would be $1,000.
This commission-based profit-sharing plan allows us to charge clients based on the success of their digital ad campaign, while also incentivizing us to optimize the campaign for maximum profitability. It also provides clients with transparency and ensures that they only pay for the actual results generated by the campaign.
In order for our clients to receive the best results, we recommend a minimum ad spend of $20-30 per day and you should expect to invest at least 3 months of your time before you start to see results. Our current client average Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) is ~7.0* , which means for every advertising dollar spent, $7 is returned.
